Define what evening means for your group

A meal after work, a shared activity before dinner, and a late night with friends need different places and finish times. Set the time you have and interests that match the outing. Do not assume a nightlife-style plan is what everyone wants simply because the activity starts after dark.

Keep access requirements explicit
